Responsibilities

- Insightful
analysis of a hydraulic division's global operation actual results,
forecast & plan
- Preparation
of monthly, quarterly reports and presentation
- Serving
as a resource for manufacturing plant personnel, HQ
budget owners product growth
teams and management
- Providing
guidance on profit plan, strategic plan, systems changes and other
processes
- Working
in a team environment with other analysts to streamline & drive
improvement in financial processes
- Oversight
and tracking of spending for HQ support cost budgets
- Analysis
of actual spending to plan and forecasts
- Coordination
of initiatives between division, group and plants as necessary
- Assist
senior management with special projects and requests
- Support
of management functions and initiatives as required
Educational Requirements
for this position include:
- BA
/ BS in Accounting / Finance
- CPA / MBA Preferred
Experience Requirements
for this position include:
- Minimum
of 5 years experience in Accounting / Finance related roles
- Previous
plant experience desired
- Previous
Financial planning, forecasting and reporting

Director
of
SEC Reporting
Responsibilities
of this position include:
- This newly created position reports directly to the Chief Accounting
Officer of a Fortune 500 company
- Oversee
all aspects of the companies public financial reporting
activities
- Implementation
of Section 404 requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley act
- Expertise
on matters related to the SEC and FASB
- Interaction
with Sr. Operations Management, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations
& Accounting
Educational Requirements for this position include:
- BA
/ BS in Accounting / Finance
- CPA Preferred
Experience Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum
of 8 years financial reporting experience with a
$500M+ public company - preferably manufacturing
- Manager
from a large public accounting firm w/ similar reporting for
manufacturing clients would equally qualify
- Manager
must have supervised accounting professionals w/ responsibility for SEC
Forms, 10Q & 10K
Additional Requirements for this position include:
- International
accounting experience preferred
- High
academic achievement is highly desired

Tax Manager - United Kingdom
Responsibilities
of this position include:
- Supervision
of multiple individuals within a Fortune 500 company
- Tax Manager will serve as first point of contact
within the Tax Group and provide Tax
Compliance Expertise to support entity controllers for
all enterprise companies in the United Kingdom
and Ireland
- Primary function in a
Leadership role will be to supervise and review all tax-relevant statutory
accounts, tax filings and tax payments, withholding tax clearances, legal
entity substance and coordination of board meetings
- Efficiently handle routine
tax maintenance matters including interface with Revenue authorities,
management of external advisors and legal entity simplification.
- Provide ongoing technical
support to the tax accounting function including Accounting for Uncertain Tax Positions
(FIN48)
- Implement project
management and compliance (including ongoing post-completion
maintenance) to encompass :
- Transfer pricing (contract manufacturing, commissioned sales agency,
stripped buy-sell, mezzanine financing)
- Treasury related matters (dividend repatriations, intra-group
financing)
- Business migrations and post-acquisition business integrations
- Follows-up on legislative developments
Educational Requirements for this
position include:
- BA
/ BS in Accounting / Finance
- Masters and Taxation
certification preferred but will consider relative experience
